Commemoration Site A user-friendly, searchable platform that gathers and shares the impact of every individual in your organization in one accessible place. Family and friends can stay connected and contribute memories, obituaries, photos and videos that honor fellow members and alumni.
Tribute Page Management Tribute Pages have the ability to be created and edited by your organization or by your members themselves — helping you stay up-to-date and keep members informed. Each Tribute Page has its own administrator dashboard, allowing limited access to provide ability to edit and moderate content associated with a loved one.
Featured Members A subtle “featured” banner and pinned placement for members and alumni you wish to highlight, such as former board presidents. Featured members remain pinned at the top of your Commemoration Site. You can filter to view only featured members, or apply any other filters, such as chapter or initiation year, and applicable featured members will remain pinned at the top of the search results.
Member Search A simple, intuitive search tool that allows site visitors to quickly locate an individual’s tribute page or confirm whether a page has not yet been created.
Analytics Built-in Google Analytics tools that allow your team to monitor Commemoration Site visitation, engagement, and user behavior.
Content Monitoring AI-assisted review of all shared memories to ensure submissions reflect the spirit of honoring the individual, with flagged items reviewed by our team.
Content Moderation Full administrative control over what content is publicly visible. Site and tribute page admins can hide unwanted or sensitive content at any time.
Odyssey Preservation Integration For organizations using HistoryIT’s Odyssey Preservation Software, all memories shared on Tribute Pages are seamlessly preserved in perpetuity within your digital archive. This ensures that the stories, contributions and legacies of your members become part of your long-term historical record and remain accessible to future generations.
Tribute Page Notifications A visitor can subscribe to updates from individual Tribute Pages that allows them to receive notifications when new memories or updates are shared about a specific person or when someone comments on a memory they have shared. The administrators of individual Tribute Pages have the ability to post updates, such as memorial information, that are sent to subscribers and pinned to the top of a Tribute Page.
Fundraising Integration A customizable call-to-action button that links directly to the webpage of your choice (e.g., “Donate in Honor,” “Get Involved”), enabling seamless engagement with your existing systems.
Distinction Highlighting A dedicated “distinctions” banner for members recognized with special honors, accompanied by a preview listing their distinctions and links to associated programs.

In Memoriam Fundraising Integration Direct links from tribute pages to memorial scholarships or funds, allowing visitors to honor loved ones by contributing, sharing a memory, or both.
